Standard Employment Poster

You must post a compliant Employment Poster in a conspicuous place in the workplace where all employees and applicants can
see it. The poster must also include information about your workers' comp benefits, pay day schedule and emergency contacts.
You may need to order several to ensure that your business, branches, and satellite offices are displaying the poster according
to the law.

Worker's Compensation
|
This pamphlet must be given to all new employees to advise them of their right to workers' compensation benefits should they
sustain an on-the-job injury.

Unemployment Insurance
|
The UI pamphlet must be given to any employee terminated, laid off, or given a leave of absence.

|
Sexual Harassment Prevention
|
Sexual harassment is against the law. Every employer is required to distribute a Sexual Harassment Information Sheet to new
hires, independent contractors and all employees - one a year is advised.

|
State Disability Insurance
|
The SDI pamphlet must be given to new employees and anyone leaving on a non-work-related disability, including pregnancy.
|
|
Paid Family Leave
|
Provides notice to employees of their right to Paid Family Leave (PFL) benefits. Must be given to all new employees and employees
taking leave for a covered reason.
